About

Meet Miss Katie.

A 25-year elementary school teacher who tutors because she loves the moment a struggling kid lights up and realizes they can do it.

Twenty-five years in the classroom — now one-on-one with your child.

Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in elementary & special education and a Master's degree in reading education, and she's been an elementary school teacher for over 25 years. In that time she's tutored both through her school and privately, helping many students improve their grades and rediscover their confidence.

She started 412Toring for the kids who need a little more time, a little more patience, and someone in their corner who genuinely believes they'll get there.

How I work

Warm, patient, and built around your child.

01

A personalized approach

Every student is unique and learns differently. Katie customizes each session to fit your child's specific needs, pace, and learning style — never one-size-fits-all.

02

Patient & calm

No pressure, no frustration — just a steady, encouraging presence. Parents often say they hear laughter while Katie and their child are working together.

03

Flexible scheduling

Sessions at hours that actually work for your family, including evenings and weekends. Katie works around your child's busy schedule, not the other way around.
